with a professional yet personable approach to clients, enables her to negotiate with providers for the best coverage at the most reasonable cost.

MICHELE TAYLOR, MBA, (MANAGER, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) -
Mrs. Michele Taylor heads the Employee Benefits Department and she is responsible for the overall client service and satisfaction. Mrs. Taylor has over ten years experience in Marketing Administration and six in health insurance marketing, sales and administration. Michele is a well-respected employee benefits
technician with vast knowledge and practical experience in implementing and servicing client accounts. She holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Management from St. John’s University and is currently pursing the Health Insurance Association of America’s Managed Care Health Professional course.

DESMON JANGALEE, HIA, (SALES MANAGER - EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) -
Mr. Jangalee has over fifteen years experience in the insurance industry and holds an associate’s degree in health insurance (HIA) and a certificate in Superior Customer Service from the University of New Orleans. Desmon was instrumental in designing and enforcing servicing standards at one of the country’s largest health insurance companies. Mr. Jangalee designed and introduced the JN BLUE product, one of the most successful Franchise plan in the country.
