Michele Taylor heads the Broking and Employee Benefits Department and is also responsible for overall client service and satisfaction. She has over fifteen years experience in Insurance Industry. Michele is a well-respected employee benefits technician with vast knowledge and practical experience in implementing and servicing client accounts. She holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Management from St. John’s University.
