- All our clients will be visited on a weekly basis, during these visits claims will be collected, adjustments that are required are discussed, and reimbursement cheques delivered.
- TFS will demand quarterly reports from insurance carriers and inform clients on how the plan is doing, while offering expert advice on the steps to be taken.
- At TFS we build a personalized rapport with clients, enhancing the effectiveness of our efforts and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Should there be a missing signature, missing information on the claim forms or hospital stamp, TFS will secure these without the subscriber requesting valuable time off to attend to this.
- Where the reimbursement amount appears to be incorrect, TFS will discuss the payment with the insurance carrier to ascertain the reason(s).
- Where the client has a Franchise Plan, TFS will ensure that membership grows by actively marketing the plan, training personnel to market the plan and dealing with any technical problems that the client may not be able to handle.
